Terms and Conditions
Bookings are to be placed with P&N Vehicle Detailing and may be made by telephone, in person or through social media/website. Payment is made using cash or Credit/Debit card (Subject to availability). P&N reserves the right to cancel or restrict bookings subject to availability.
All prices are listed on our website and is listed in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.
You are required to make the payment for your car valeting or detailing service when the service is complete at the price set out in our service menu, unless you have a contract with us. Any amount unpaid will result in us retaining your vehicle and not releasing it until you have made payment in full to us. Your vehicle will remain with us, at your risk, until any such late payment is received.
We will perform the services selected by you from our service packages, with skill and care. Whilst the company shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that we take reasonable care of the vehicles whilst in its custody the company shall not be liable for:
a..Damage to, loss of the vehicle or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content and/or damage to any other property, arising from, or in connection with the company’s custody of the vehicle.
b..You must disclose to us all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle, known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the services prior to our commencing with the detailing process. P&N will complete a walk around inspection of the vehicle and complete a faults/inspection form before carrying out the service.
C..Insurance of your vehicle is at all times your responsibility.
It should be noted that polish and other cleaning products can be slippery and extreme caution should be exercised when collecting your vehicle. We accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage caused as a consequence of failing to heed this warning.
Old or non-original paintwork can be damaged in the cleaning process. All such defects shall be indicated to our staff prior to commencement of the cleaning process.
Our determination of the size of your vehicle with regard to the price, shall be final and binding.
Any payment or booking information provided to us, will only be used by us and will not be distributed or given to any other third parties.

I didn’t want that! Can I return it?
Of course! If your order was placed within the last 21 days, you can return part or all of your order to us if you no longer require the goods. Contact our friendly Customer Care, here to arrange a return. Have your order number at the ready.

I have opened the product, can I return it for a refund?
If the product you received didn’t live up to our usual highly polished expectation, our Customer Care team are standing by to assist. Contact us here.
If you no longer want the product for another reason, unfortunately we are unable to refund once the product has been opened or used.
My product is damaged or doesn’t perform to my expectations, what can I do?
We’re sorry to hear this! We’d like to help! Contact our Customer Care team who will arrange a replacement, or discuss the return options with you.
How will I receive my refund?
Any refunds will be made on the debit/credit card which you used to pay for your order.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Usually our expert team will refund your order within 48 hours of receiving and double checking your return. This can take up to 14 days in busy periods.
